In this world, it is not only required to have the qualities of Lord Ram, but also all the avatar qualities of Lord Vishnu. To be a legendary personality, it’s called Kalki.

"In this world, it is not only required to have the qualities of Lord Ram, but also all the avatar qualities of Lord Vishnu. These qualities include Jnana (knowledge), Bala (strength), Aiśvarya (command), Vīrya (valor), Śakti (ability) and Tējas (independence). To be a legendary personality, it's called Kalki."

Lord Vishnu is known for possessing six divine qualities or traits. Jnana refers to his complete knowledge of everything in existence. Bala refers to his unparalleled strength. Aiśvarya refers to his full command over his entire creation. Vīrya refers to his unmatched valor. Śakti refers to his ability as Sarva-śaktimān. Tējas refers to his independence from everything other than himself.
This quote suggests that in order to be a legendary personality, one must possess not only the qualities of Lord Ram but also all the avatar qualities of Lord Vishnu. The term "Kalki" refers to a legendary personality who embodies these qualities.
